Karen is a professional freelance graphic designer with more than 30 years of experience in print design and web graphics. Previously, she worked as a graphic designer at Bolt, Beranek, and Newman in Cambridge, Mass. In her freelance career, she has worked with a broad range of clients, including companies in the financial, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors.
Karen’s work for The Cooperative Bank earned two 2015 New England Financial Marketing Association (NEFMA) awards. In the nonprofit sector, she has created logos for Keep Massachusetts Beautiful and Keep Mansfield Beautiful. Karen earned a B.A. in fine arts with a concentration in visual design from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth. Karen lives with her family in Mansfield, Mass., and enjoys gardening and photography in her free time.
Erin is a copy editor and proofreader with more than 15 years of experience in the finance sector, including two Big 4 accounting firms, a private equity group, and a regional bank. Since 2012, she has provided editorial services through her freelance business, Words & Way LLC, in Portland, Oregon. Erin earned a B.A. in theatre arts from Southern Oregon University. She is a member of the Editorial Freelancers Association and the Northwest Independent Editors Guild.
Sue is a copy editor and proofreader with more than 20 years of experience in business, government, and the legal field. She has been a full-time freelancer since 2014. Sue earned a B.A. in psychology from Curry College, a certificate in copyediting from UC Berkeley, and is a member of the Editorial Freelancers Association and the American Copy Editors Society.
Neil founded Bull’s-eye Communications in 2005 to meet the unique communications needs of financial services companies. Previously, he served as vice president and editor of Fidelity Focus and Fidelity Outlook magazines, two award-winning Fidelity Investments publications. Previously, Neil worked in several marketing communications and client support positions at Fidelity Investments, Smith Barney, and Dean Witter, where he earned his NASD Series 7 and Series 8 securities licenses.
Neil earned a Master’s degree in business communications and public relations from Emerson College in Boston and a B.A. in communications from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
When he's not managing communications projects for his clients, Neil enjoys basketball, golf, fishing, or any other activity that gets him outside. He also serves as the Founder and Executive Director of Keep Massachusetts Beautiful, a volunteer organization that is taking action to make Massachusetts a cleaner, greener place to live, work, and play.
